  7. Although it would not be due to the cold (I'm in sunny southern California), this is a scence I see around the retirement community I live in now quite often. Delighted relief. :-) Very enjoyable haiga.

  13. I see this is a haiga from the comment of rae. I have to investigate that form. I tried tanga and it is more difficult for me than haiku. I love this poem because it reminds me of when my father was alive and we would go for walks every day when he was able. And all the other people at the nursing home where he was, the people I fell in love with and miss seeing now. Those were the best of days.
