I like that shot. It's something I think I could draw fairly easily, but I have two other pictures waiting their turn. I've been too busy helping out at the animal shelter this week. It's great fun to be with the cats. I feel like I'm in a zoo, with all these animals prowling around. (Some large rooms have four or five cats.)
A rare visitor to Eastern Austria this year is the grey pelican. It has a 3mtr wingspan according to those who've seen it.
Last week I was lucky enough to get to the Farne Islands. Got dived bombed and pecked by the Arctic Terns. Lots of Puffins and Guillemots. Fewer Razorbills and Cormorants.
Even went over THE BRIDGE!!! The one that looks like it should be in Australia.
Beautiful , great shot Gerald!

ReplyDeleteEmerson said, "The world globes itself in a drop of dew." But sometimes it's in the eye of a bird, huh?
