You are right about the shadow to the right - I see a parrot sitting on a perch in the wall. Not at all like its subject, this shadow is lots of fun!
Oh, this is a fun one, Gerald! I see a parrot, too! What a great one for the day! Have a lovely weekend!Sylvia
When I first saw the shadow I looked for the bird. Ha! So it's the flag's shadow? Excellent, Gerald!

What a great shadow, it does look like a parrot.
Even though it looks like a parrot, it reminds me of Wallace Stevens' poem Thirteen Ways of Looking at a Blackbird. "I don't know which to prefer. The beauty of inflections, or the beauty of innuendos. The blackbird whistling, or just after."
i immediately thought 'bird' too...before reading your post. lovely shadow....
definitely a giant bird! great photos. thanks for sharing.
I really liked the photo of the locomotive on the sign.
