    I saw a similar parade in San Francisco. Weather was possibly kinder to the riders than in Manchester.

    On a certain part of Vienna's Danube Island one can see such cyclists and also Roller Bladers and Nordic Walkers and naked men grilling pork chops on barbecues. I've only been to that quirky part of the island once. And sadly I didn't have my camera. :-/

    Saw one of these parades in Seattle for the first time sevearal years ago. Not so shocking now. Still, what moxy.
