Thank you for visiting my blog and for the comment you left there. I have found your blog is beautiful and very interesting. This photo is just wonderful! It will take me a time to see everything that is interesting for me to see. As for my photo that you saw, I am not sure that I understand what you said about “the kerb”. It isn’t clear to me what regular practice you meant. As for the taxi, it is permitted to use tram line and if a tram comes it will simply wait behind until the traffic light is opened.
Your picture reminded me of when I was living in Holland but I can see this was taken not TOO far off.
ReplyDeleteNice.
Gorgeous and thought provoking, too!
ReplyDeleteVery nice use of language. The sounds really tumble together well.

What a photo! That one-liner is really effective, too. :-)
ReplyDeleteI should be able to identify that bridge immediately shouldn't I? Nice imagery.
ReplyDeleteIs that the "new" bridge?
ReplyDeleteThis haiku is just wonderful to say out loud. Fantastic photo too.
ReplyDeleteThis speaks to me of the strength we expend to shape the world around us. Incredibly strong words and image.
ReplyDeletevery dramatic.
ReplyDeleteAs always, your words and their placement on the photo are as one. A lovely offering for the prompt.
ReplyDeleteperfect, and all the more so for being so concise. I don't have words for how it makes me feel, but know that your offering definitely made me feel!
