A personal blog by Ackworth born Gerald England who married a Lancashire lass, went West and now lives in Cheshire.
This is neat, but kind of scary!
Oh my, oh my, Gerald. This one really hits the spot -- makes its point -- with me today. Thanks! Pointed haiga, a new form? :-)
Nice post - indicative of change at all levels.
i like how the words meld together in different ways..."no stopping life...calls for a change" or "no stopping...life calls for a change"...it is personal & it is the big picture.
Perfect for the theme
Cool photo -- and I love the sense of how life and its direction never stops changing. Really nice haiga!:)
An interesting response!
it almost feels ominous...
Got your O ready????????
thanks for the warning! LOL
Interesting post Gerald. Change is a constant...
sometimes life will tell us directly when it needs to be changed. lol. nice post.
The words & photograph say to me that life keeps moving forward, but one can make a change from going towards a turbulent & dangerous journey. I like how the signs & words are in color while the background is in monochrome.
This happens and I tend to not seeing it coming...:)
I would love to see some heavy plants crossing the bridge.
I agree with Sandy that it's rather ominous. Perfectly done.
I picture these enormous jade plants walking on water glaring boats back or else will be swatted with thick-leaf hand.
