  1. All these snow shots everyone is taking are stunningly beautiful - am feeling quite left out for a lack of snow!!

  3. The snow is a wonderful canvas for well defined shadows. The day looks cold below, but the strong sun leaves a warm feel above. Winter is a fine lloking season for sure!

  4. You look like a snowman, frozen to the spot. Obviously you were warm enough to press the shutter button!

  7. Slippery snow shadows! I liked your bench photo also. I wouldn't fancy sitting on the bench at the present time. Looked a little chilly!

  8. Most of our snow has melted in the rains today, yours looks crispy, crunchy cold...is it spring yet!!?

  9. A Welshman recently told me that when it snows in England everything shuts down. A tradition I believe he said! Sure makes for some lovely photos though.:<)

  10. I enjoyed those two arrows pointing towards a seemingly common target.

  11. Gerald,
I have a lot of old snow. And I have no camera. So now I look once more at your snow. And ask myself:

Where did the dog go? Suddenly I see him. Still knocking about.

There's a metaphor somewhere in there for a poet gone west from one gone east.
