The first photo could also be "C" for cell phone. The lady in the foreground has verified that there is no age limit to cycling. I like your informal photograph photos!
Nice shots, of course in the NL we have many people who go by bicycle. I think it is because the land is flat. I also like how you captured the walking and talking lady.
Great shots of Copenhagen and so many bikes!! Really enjoyed your post, Gerald! Hope your week is going well!

No doubt, Copenhagen is the center for commuting and biking. Nice post.
ReplyDeletePerfect! Cycling in Copenhagen! That is something I would want to do!
ReplyDeleteI loved Copenhagen and enjoyed visiting there many years ago. nice shots of the transportation.
ReplyDeleteLooks like fun! Great C post!
ReplyDeleteIf I am cycling in Copenhagen, is there a good place to stop for some cheese and coffee...or a croissant?
ReplyDeleteGreat post Gerald; looks like a place I should visit with my bicycle. We are trialling Copenhagen style bike lanes here in Adelaide.
ReplyDeleteCopenhagen is awesome! For all of you interested in cycling you must check out this blog: http://www.copenhagencyclechic.com/
ReplyDeleteIt is great blog about cycling in Copenhagen - one of my favourites.
@ Christine H: I would recommend a place called 'Kaffeplantagen' on Skt. Hans Torv for a coffe. That is my personal favourite coffee shop in the city.
Excellent choice!
ReplyDeleteIf the roads were cleaner and less busy, I might cycle here, but it's too dangerous, and I get choked by fumes.
Recently I heard on public radio that Copenhagen has record number of cyclists that ride in all kinds of weather.

ReplyDeleteMore so even than in Amsterdam? I've always been amazed at the number of cyclists in The Netherlands but I've never been to Copenhagen.
ReplyDeleteCycling there seems saner there than here! Cleaner, too.

ReplyDeleteWe can only dream of wide open city streets for cycles here. Perfect pics.
ReplyDeleteWish LA was a better town for cycling. Sigh...Great post!
ReplyDeleteVery nice post. We will be seeing Europe this year and hope to make a stop in Copenhagen. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI'll tell you a scret: I'm the worst bike rider in the world! LOL Just can't get the balance in two wheels, alsa... I'm too clumsy!
