Greyhound Rescue Wales

Greyhound Rescue Wales began in 1993 with a small group of people trying to rescue greyhounds and lurchers in the Swansea area. Over the next few years the organisation grew quickly and attracted support from many parts of Wales. Greyhound Rescue Wales became a registered charity in 1996 when it became able to cover the whole of Wales. Over 1,800 greyhounds and lurchers have since been found permanent homes. Here they had brought some of their to dogs to Llandudno to raise both awareness and funds.

  1. I hope they got lot of funds and lot of attentions for the case.
Nice and a very BRITISH look, this image. I like it.
    Happy weekend.

  3. For a nation of dog lovers we have a poor history of abandoning dogs without good reason. Bring on the chipping.

  4. Always wonderful to have any animal rescued ~ USA has a similar organization ~ Sweet post and photo ~
