What a lovely thought and photo! Thanks for these.
ReplyDeleteI like the photo, the patterns of cobblestone, and how they feel while walking. I admire this piece; it feels very meditative and the feather accent is perfect.
ReplyDeletehow cool is this? The interruption of pattern, the undeniable changing sights...
ReplyDeleteI love your cobblestoned response!
ReplyDeleteI have a few cobblestones in my garden that were found under layers of pavement in NYC!
I love their history and the fact that they are hand-hewn!
Lovely image and words, nice contrasts
ReplyDeleteHow exactly you capture the feel of the unexpected surprise on the path. So well done. Thank you.
ReplyDeletethe element of surprise & the contrast (stone & feather) make for a hauntingly beautiful haiku
ReplyDeletehow luxuriously told...
ReplyDeletejust beautiful, anything that reminds me of the 'old country! I am an expat.
ReplyDeleteNice image and contrast of textures.
ReplyDeletewonderful! Hope you are enjoying the season.
